The last cell before the move

It’s Thursday morning on March 30th, 2023 and I just moved the cows to the last cell of the last row of this rotation. This is the infamous “Boneyard” where I dump the dead animals. I’ve had two cows die on my field, and several calves. This is where the bones end up.

Touring the boneyard with lots of grass

The two stray bull calves are still out but haven’t crossed into the cow herd. I wonder where they are getting their water? They seem fine though.

When I was heading back, I noticed #20 was mooing. My neighbor’s bull came to see her.

Cattle are very social creatures
